Helios is expanding operations in the European Union and has completed the set-up in
November of a new affiliate in Poland. Helios Polska sp. z o. o. is a wholly owned subsidiary
of Helios Aragón Pte Ltd.

The Company considers that the geological setting of Poland is highly prospective for natural
hydrogen and presents an excellent opportunity to leverage exploration learning’s from Spain
to Central Europe. An active natural hydrogen system in Poland has been proven through
numerous well shows and seeps at surface.

CEO, Ian Munro commented that:
